I tried clean installing an earlier version of flash player, that did not work either. I tried to clean installing the flash player, it did not work. These browsers still support Silverlight content. Ever since Firefox updated to 17.0.1, the flash and silverlight plugins just disappeared. This issue does not occur in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari.
